摘要
基于新经济地理框架下的区位理论,建立可以利用于实际二维空间的城市用地扩展潜力函数,从空间经济学上论证了均质空间的区位选择;同时综合考虑各种非均质分布的因素在城市以往空间扩展过程中的作用,构建城市空间扩展的区位选择模型。在此基础上,以天津市渔阳镇为例,基于Arc GIS软件进行二次开发,将区位选择模型进行了实际应用,并通过建立回归模型、导入历史数据,确定各个变量的权重值,结果显示区位选择模型中的变量具有显著性。其核心是提出了一种理性预测城市未来发展的方法,该方法可以用于总体规划的前期阶段,对城市增长范围的确定;同时还可以应用于对各种不同的初始条件下城市空间扩展的模拟对比,以衡量、对比不同空间政策的有效性、相对合理性。
Based on new economical geography,this article proposed a function for urban land growth which could be used for the simulation of actual space.It has proved a location from spatial economics aspect in homogeneous space.Together with heterogeneous spatial factors,this essay built a model of urban extension.The experimental research is on the historical data of Yuyang Town.The weight of different variables are calculated by logistic regression model.The variables of urban extension model are significant.This essay proposed a method for urban growth,which could be used at the beginning of city comprehensive plan for the decision of the scope of urban extension.It could also be used for the comparison of urban growth simulation between different spatial policies.
