城市土地扩张与经济增长的时空耦合研究——以湖北省为例

摘要 基于脱钩理论的改进Tapio弹性系数法及GIS空间分析的方法,利用湖北省12个地级城市2005-2014年建成区面积和GDP总量等相关数据,对城市内部土地扩张速度及区域经济发展的时空演变特征和规律及两者间的耦合关系进行脱钩程度分析,并对其未来变化趋势进行判断,为省级政府协调各城市经济增长的决策提供参考。研究表明:1在土地扩张速度特征上,城市内部土地扩张增速明显放缓,内部增速差异进一步减小,城市间增速均衡程度有所提高。从空间格局变化来看,湖北省内土地扩张速度加快的区域由"一点"向"多面"发展,城市间竞争效应日趋显化。2在经济发展速度上,湖北省12个地级市的经济增速并无固定的时间变化规律可循,在空间差异上呈现典型的"小聚集"的发展特征。3在两者耦合程度上,除武汉市外,湖北省城市内部经济增长对土地扩张的依赖程度均有加深趋势,在空间上具体表现为从武汉市向两翼发散蔓延态势。 This paper analyzed the land within the city the rate of expansion and regional economic development of the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and laws and their coupling relationship of decoupling degree analysis by improved Tapio elastic coefficient method; 6IS spatial analysis based on and utilization of Hubei Province 12 prefecture level cities 2005-2014 built area and total GDP and other data. The study shows that: ①In the land expansion rate, the growth rate of urban internal land expansion is slowing down, the internal growth rate is further reduced, the growth rate of urban growth rate has increased. From the point of view of spatial pattern change the area of land expansion in Hubei province is accelerated by "one point" to "multi surface" , and the competition effect between cities is becoming more and more obvious. ② At the speed of economic development, the economic growth of 12 cities in Hubei Province, there is no fixed time change rules to follow, showing a typical "small gathering" development characteristics in the spatial difference. ③ On the degree of coupling between the two, in addition to Wuhan, the city of Hubei Province internal economic growth on land expansion dependence have deepened the trend, in the space specific performance is from Wuhan city divergence to the two wings of the spread of the trend.
