Studies on the Methods of Reinforcement and Maintenance of Modern and Contemporary Architectures

近现代建筑是珍贵的城市资源,但这部分建筑由于建成年代久远等原因,存在不同程度的结构安全问题,需要进行加固、维修。在对建筑的结构形式、完损状况、损坏原因进行系统分析的基础上,以墙体加固、混凝土楼板加固、木结构加固为例,对近现代建筑加固维修方法进行探讨。

Modern and contemporary architectures are valuable urban resources. However, there are many severe issues concerning structural safety of these buildings in different levels caused by the fact that these buildings have been built for so many years. Under such circumstances, the reinforcement and maintenance of these buildings are very vital. Based on the systematic analysis of the structure, the present condition and causes of damages of these buildings, this paper mainly focuses on the methods of reinforcement and maintenance of the modern and contemporary architectures with the examples of the reinforcement of wall, concrete plates and timber structures.
