北京地区养殖业农民培训的需求分析

Analysis of Training Demands on Animal Husbandry of Farmers in Beijing

通过随机抽样的方式在通州区、房山区、大兴区、延庆县、密云县、怀柔区、平谷区等区县对养殖大户和养殖专业合作社社员进行问卷和访谈调查显示,北京地区从事养殖业农民的培训要以加强实用性培训为主,丰富培训内容,加强培训教材建设,整合培训资源。

Large farm owners and animal husbandry cooperative members from Tongzhou district, Fangshan district, Daxing district, Yanqing county, Miyun county, Huairou district and Pinggu district, were selected through simple random sampling, and had questionnaires and interviews investigation. The results showed that farmers in Beijing need practical trainings on animal husbandry, also the training content should be enriched, the construction of materials should be strengthened, and resources should be integrated.
