赋权理论视角下的青年社会参与研究——以“肥城市特殊教育学校社会工作服务站”为例 被引量:4

摘要 在促进青年社会参与、提高青年主体性方面,批判性青年赋权模式是当前较为理想的赋权模式,而影像发声法是该模式的具体赋权工具。以此作为理论基础,通过"肥城市特殊教育学校社会工作服务站"项目来分析为青年赋权的过程,该项目的青年赋权符合批判性青年赋权模式的维度,并得出一些赋权青年的经验,包括:让青年参与数据分析过程、发展一个强有力的组织载体作为推动力、要平衡青年参与者与成人督导之间的关系、培养青年领袖并提供积极支持、在青年群体中发展积极的同伴支持与同伴文化。 In terms of promoting youth engagement in society and improving youth subjectivity, Critical Youth Empowerment is the ideal model currently, while photovoice is the specific empowering tool, which is the theoretical basis of this study. The study takes the project of the Social Work Service Station of Special Ed- ucation School in Feicheng City as the example to analyze the process of youth empowerment, and noting the project in line with the dimensions of Critical Youth Empowerment model, and concluding some experience of youth empowerment, including involving the youth in the data analysis process, developing a strong organiza- tion carrier as a driving force, balancing the relationship between the young participants and adult supervisors, training young leaders and offering them active support, and developing positive peer support and peer culture in youth groups.
