摘要
针对彝良驰宏矿业有限公司毛坪铅锌矿610中段开拓工程炭质页岩巷道的施工,结合软岩的基本属性及破坏规律,分析以往巷道破坏的原因,引入新奥法施工理论,应用"临时喷砼+25U钢马蹄型可缩性支架+锚网+复喷+底板反拱混凝土"的联合支护工艺,在实践中得到了很好的验证,有效地控制了围岩变形和巷道破坏。
Based on the roadway excavation in carbonaceous shale at 610m level development of Maoping Lead-zinc Mine, Yiliang Chihong Mining Company, and considering the basic nature and failure law of soft rock, the reasons of causing roadway failure were analyzed. New Austrian tunneling method was introduced in construction, and the united support technology of ' temporary shotcrete + 25U steel horseshoe-shaped yieldable support + bolt and mash + secondary shotcrete + concrete support on the floor' was used. The practice proved that the deformation of surrounding rock and roadway failure were controlled effectively.
