摘要
针对某铁矿Ⅰ区矿体赋存特点和以前生产中存在的问题,在结合以往技术工作经验的基础上,提出了利用扇形炮孔逐孔起爆技术^([1])回收上盘三角区域矿体的新方法,并进行了实践应用,取得了良好的效果,不但解决了上盘三角区域矿体回收难、安全风险大、回收不彻底、效果不好等问题;还提高了采场矿石的回收率.降低了贫化率,为矿山采切工程设计提供了依据,对其他类似矿山具有一定借鉴和指导意义。
In view of the orebody occurrence characteristics of an iron mine I area and the problems existing in the production, and combined with the production experience, a new method which using the fan hole by hole blasting technique to recover the hanging triangular orebody was put forward. This method has been taken in practice, and it gets a good effect. It not only solved the difficulty of recovering orebody, but also improved the ore recovery ratio and reduced the ore dilution rate, which provided the basis for the mining engineering design, and certain reference and guidance for other similar mines.
