摘要
福州民间的传统节庆饮食既与季节时令有关,又兼具人文内涵。人们通过丰富多彩的节庆饮食,求祈吉祥,禳除灾祸;寄托顺应时令、天人合一的哲学思想;表达尊祖敬宗、和睦乡里的美好愿望。
Traditional festival foods in Fuzhou are not only related to seasons but also have humanistic connotation. By preparing various types of festival foods, the local people pray for good luck and hope to ge t rid of disasters. These foods indicate people＇s readiness to comply with seasons as well as the philosophy o f nature -human integration. Moreover, people intend to use multifarious festival foods to express the worshi p to their ancestors and theirwish to create harmonious neighborhood.
