建立健全师德制度以提高高校青年教师师德水平

Fostering University Young Teachers' Awareness of Ethic by Improving Ethical System

从整体上说,目前高校师德的主流是好的,但社会生活的多维度变化也给师德建设带来了一定的不良影响,部分高校青年教师因此在思想、观念、行为等方面出现了师德失范现象,引起了全社会的普遍关注。文章从切实有效地提高高校青年教师师德水平的目的出发,分析了现今部分青年教师存在的师德问题,并通过剖析论证了师德制度不够健全是师德问题产生的重要原因,进而从制定师德教育培训的规范化制度、制定师德宣传示范的指导性制度、完善师德评价考核的标准性制度、完善师德监督惩处的可操作性制度以及制定青年教师师德承诺的使命性制度五个方面提出了健全和完善师德制度、提高青年教师师德水平的思路和对策。

On the whole, the ethic awareness among university teachers is strong, however the muhi- dimensional changes of social life have exerted adverse influence on young college teachers＇ values. Therefore misconduct of young college teacher＇s has aroused widespread concern in the whole society. Through discussion of improving young college teacher＇s ethic standard, the paper analyses the existing ethic problems of young teachers and suggests that the imperfect system is the major factor that contributes to the problems. Meanwhile, countermeasures are put forward, namely, standardization of teachers＇ moral education, establishing guiding principles for the demonstration of teachers＇ ethical conduct, improving teachers＇ evaluation system, establishing a supervision system that is operational and enhancing young teachers＇ commitment to ethical conduct.
