Analyses of College Students' P.E.Exercises in Spare Time

体育活动是学生生活的重要组成部分,是丰富校园体育文化的基础,通过调查发现有相当多的学生并没有真正地参加到体育活动中去,通过对高校学生参加体育活动的现状,分析为高校在课堂设置、教学形式、体育活动的组织和管理等方面进行改革及体育设施的改善提供依据。

Physical exercises are the main part of students' life and a basic element to enrich school life .Facts tell us that many students do not take part in P.E. activities .On the basis of the analysis of this phenomenon, some bases are provided on how to set and teach this course ,how to organize and manage physical exercises.
