On the Policy Agenda of Democracy in Shandong Anti Japanese Base Area and Its Realistic Enlightenment

革命的根本问题是政权问题。抗日战争时期,山东抗日根据地不断加强民主政治建设,建立各级抗日民主政权,并大力开展新民主主义政治、经济和文化建设,初步建立了一个新民主主义的新山东,为中国抗日战争和解放战争的胜利做出了重大的历史贡献,也为其后创建全国性的人民民主政权提供了重要的历史借鉴。

The fundamental problem of the revolution is the politi＇cal power. In the anti-Japanese war, Shandong anti-Japanese base continued to strengthen the democratic politics construction, establish anti- Japanese democratic regime at all levels and launch the new democratic political, economic and cultural construction. A new democratic Shandong was established initially, not only making a significantly historic contribution for the victory of the anti-Japan war and the liberation war, but also providing precious experience for the subsequent national democratic regime establishment.
