综述了近几年脉冲电镀在制备银、金、铝、锌、镍等不同金属基镀层以及含稀土合金镀层中的应用情况,展望了脉冲电镀未来的发展前景和方向。

The applications of pulse electroplating in preparation of silver-, gold-, aluminum-, zinc- and nickel-based coatings as well as the alloy coatings containing rare earth in recent years were reviewed. The future prospects and development trends of pulse electroplating were forecasted.
