温肾助阳益精填髓结合神经生长因子治疗脊髓损伤疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of Wenshen Zhuyang,Yijing Tiansui therapy combined with nerve growth factor on spinal cord injuries

目的观察温肾助阳益精填髓法联合神经生长因子治疗脊髓损伤的治疗效果。方法将134例急性脊髓损伤患者随机分为研究组和对照组各67例。对照组采用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用温肾助阳益精填髓法治疗,4周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后3个月、6个月,研究组运动功能和感觉功能评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),研究组Frankel分级提高情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月研究组MBI和FIM均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温肾助阳益精填髓联合大剂量激素冲击疗法及鼠神经生长因子治疗脊髓损伤可提高治疗效果,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Wenshen Zhuyang, Yijing Tiansui therapy combined with nerve growth factor on spinal cord injuries. Methods 134 patients with acute spinal cord injury were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group had 67 cases. The control group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor, the study group was treated with Wenshen Zhuyang, Yijing Tiansui therapy on the basis of treatment in control group. 4 weeks was one treatment course, and both groups were treated for 2 courses, then the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results In 3, 6 months after treatment, the scores of motor function and sensory function in study group were all significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the improvements of Frankel degree in study group were better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In 6 months after treatment, MBI and FIM in study group were higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in total occurrence of side effect between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Wenshen Zhuyang, Yijing Tiansui therapy combined with large dosage hormone stosstherapy and mouse nerve growth factor have good curative effect on spinal cord injury, and is worthy of population and application in clinic.
