胃肠安丸联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗儿童抗生素相关性腹泻疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Weichangan pill combined with Bifida. triple viable capsule on antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children

目的探讨胃肠安丸联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗儿童抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)的临床疗效以及安全性。方法将100例AAD患儿随机平均分为2组,治疗组给予胃肠安丸与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,对照组给予儿泻停联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗7 d后治疗组治疗有效率与食欲低下改善率相比对照组显著提高(P均<0.05),治疗后第3天、第5天大便次数相比对照组明显减少(P均<0.05),腹泻持续时间明显缩短(P均<0.05)。结论胃肠安丸联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗方案能够有效提高儿童抗生素相关性腹泻的临床治疗有效性,减少患儿大便次数并缩短腹泻症状改善时间,改善患儿食欲,且安全,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Weichangan pill combined with Bifida. triple viable capsule on antibiotic-associated diarrhea（AAD）. Methods One hundred cases of patients with AAD were randomly di- vided into 2 groups： the treatment group was treated with Weichangan pill combined with Bifida. triple viable capsule, the con- trol group was treated with Erxieting combined with Bifida. triple viable capsule. The clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results After 7 days, treatment, the total effective rate and improving rate of anorexia in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. After 3 and 5 days＇ treatment, the stool frequency was significantly less while the duration of diarrhea was shorter in treatment group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Weichangan pill combined with Bifida. triple viable capsule has a good clinical curative effect on AAD in children, which can decrease stood frequency, shorten the duration of diarrhea, improve anorexia with a good safety, it has a good application value in clinic.
