翻译专业的专业课程师资配置:问题与成因——对“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛选手的案例分析

Teacher staffing for the major courses of BTI: The problem and its causes

本文在辨析学科、专业、课程概念及其关系的基础上,指出翻译专业的专业课程师资配置存在的问题,并通过"外教社杯"全国高校外语教学大赛选手的教学案例讨论了学科背景对翻译教师专业素质的影响,进而分析了翻译专业师资配置问题的成因,提出了亟待重视的问题。

Based on an interpretive analysis of discipline, major, course and their relationship, this paper points out the problem in teacher staffing for the major courses of BTI （ Bachelor of Translation and Interpreting）. With teaching cases from the SFLEP National Foreign Language Teaching Contest, it then shows the impact of the disciplinary back- ground on teachers＇ development of professional expertise. The paper also analyzes the causes of the problem in teach- er staffing, and proposes some concerns worthy of attention.
