摘要 人工全膝关节置换术后的剧烈疼痛对于骨科和麻醉医师一直是个棘手的问题。目前,主流的术后镇痛方式是以股神经阻滞为中心的多模式镇痛,与此同时股神经阻滞产生的股四头肌肌力阻滞也成了热议话题,因此安全有效的镇痛方法仍在不断探索中。隐神经是股神经的纯感觉分支,越来越多的学者对隐神经阻滞展开了研究并将其用于全膝关节置换术后的镇痛。 Severe pain after total knee arthroplasty has always been a challenge to the surgeons and anes- thetists. Femoral nerve block is usually performed as the core of multimodal analgesia, but more and more articles pointed out that femoral nerve block produces quadriceps muscle weakness,ideal postoperative anal- gesia is still under exploration. Saphenous nerve is a pure sensory branch of femoral nerve, there has been recent interest in the saphenous nerve block and multiple studies have used it after total knee arthreplasty.
