摘要
目的探讨云服务个案管理模式在老年性黄斑变性患者中的应用效果。方法将接受玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子的老年性黄斑变性患者80例按住院时间段分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施云服务个案管理。结果观察组平均住院日显著短于对照组,日间病房入住例数显著多于对照组,对护理工作的满意率显著优于对照组,完成负荷期注射例数显著多于对照组,治疗3个月和6个月后视力显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论云服务个案管理有利于缩短老年性黄斑变性患者的平均住院日,提高患者满意度及治疗依从性,从而改善视力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of case management based on cloud service for patients with age-related macular dege- neration. Methods Eighty patients with age-related macular degeneration and to be treated with intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor were divided into an observation group and a control group according to hospitalization period. The control group was provided with routine nursing care while the observation group was subjected to case management based on cloud service. Results The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group; pa- tient volume in day care unit was significantly enhanced; patient satisfaction was higher; there were more cases who completed re quired injections during loaded period, and patientJeyesight at 3 months and 6 months after treatment was better, in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Case management based on cloud service not only shortens the length of hospital stay of patients with age-related macular degeneration, enhances their satisfaction and compliance, but also improves their eyesight.
