摘要
针对167名高校教师的调查数据,采用回归分析法,以心理资本为中介变量,探讨了负性领导行为对高校教师课堂教学失范行为的内部作用机制。研究表明,负性领导行为对教师课堂教学的失范行为具有显著正向影响;心理资本在负性领导行为对高校教师课堂教学失范行为的正向影响起到部分中介作用。
According to the survey data from 167 college teachers and using psychological capital as intermediary variables, the author discusses tile influence of negative leadership behavior on university teachers" classroom teaching anomie behavior with the help of hierarchical regression analysis. The study shows that negative leadership behavior has significant positive influence on teachers" classroom teaching anomie behavior and psychological capital has moderation effects on this type of Positive influence.
