摘要
"小先生模式"是一种创新的少先队工作方法,将少先队员视作能传递思想意识的小先生,由家人习得后去影响社会风貌的变革,以促进少先队员在良好的社会环境中健康成长。社会价值迷失等问题是该模式成立的现实诉求。小孩能作为普及教育的力量是该模式成立的前提条件。少先队员的独特优势、榜样教育及环境熏陶等成为该模式成立的重要依据。"小先生模式"的实践必然会是一种良性互动循环模式,也会是一种价值多赢模式。
" Little Teacher Model" is an innovative Young Pioneers" working method , in which young pioneers are regarded as little teachers who can transmit the ideas and opinions that are acquired by the family members who can affect the change of social landscape in order to promote the healthy growth of young pioneers in a good social environment. The loss of social value promotes the realistic demand of the model. Children who can spread universal education are the prerequisite for the establishment of the model . The unique advantages of the young pioneers, the influence of models and the environmental in- fluence have become an important foundation for the establishment of the model. The practicing of this model will be a good, interactional recycling and win -win model.
