摘要
为提高电能变换器的功率密度和效率,研究了LLC全桥谐振变换器,设计了一种全桥谐振变换电路,分析了变换器增益特性与谐振元件的关系,给出了一种高压大电流输出LLC电路的设计方法,实现了前级MOSFET管的零电压开通以及后级整流二极管的零电流关断。通过试验证明,本设计方法正确,谐振变换器性能指标优越,高频开关损耗减小,变换器效率得到提高.
In order to improve the power density and efficiency of the power converter, a LLC resonant converter is studied in this paper. A full bridge resonant converter is designed. The relationship between the gain characteristics and the resonant component of the converter is analyzed and a design method of LLC circuit with high voltage and large current output is presented. The zero Voltage switching of the primary MOSFET tube and the zero current of the secondary rectifier diode are realized. The test proves that the design method is correct; the performance of the resonant converter is superior; the high frequency switching loss is reduced and the efficiency of the converter is improved.
