单、双角钢过渡节点轴压承载力特性的研究 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF TRANSITIONAL JOINTS OF SINGLE AND DOUBLE ANGLE

摘要 随着输电线路荷载的增大,单肢角钢无法满足铁塔结构的强度要求,主材根部通常采用双拼或者四拼组合构件,但上部构件的内力相对较小,采用双拼或者四拼角钢时利用率较低,一般采用单肢角钢来达到节约材料的目的,因此,研究单角钢和双角钢的过渡节点具有重要意义。利用ANSYS软件建立单、双角钢过渡节点有限元模型,分析长细比、靴板厚度以及过渡节点板厚度等因素对其破坏模式、轴压承载力性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着长细比的增大,过渡节点的承载力降低;靴板的厚度与过渡节点承载力呈正比,当过渡节点板较薄时,节点发生弯曲失稳破坏,当厚度增加时,节点发生弯扭失稳破坏。 With the increase of transmission line load, single angle can not meet the strength requirement of tower structure, the roots of main material have to adopt double or four assembled components. Due to the small level of internal force of the upper components, when using double or four spell angle, its utilization rate is low, so single limb angle is used to achieve the purpose of saving material, so research on the transition joint of single angle and double angle would have great significance. The program ANSYS is used to establish the reasonable finite element model to simulate the axial compression bearing capacity of transitional joint, and analyse the impacts of different slenderness ratio, boots plate thickness and gusset plate thickness etc on the failure mode and bearing capacity of single and double angle transitional joint. The results showed that with the increase of slenderness ratio, the bearing capacity of the joint was lower; boots plate thickness had a certain influence on bearing capacity, bearing capacity increased with the thickness, when gusset plate got thinner, bending failure occurred to the joint, when the gusset plate thickness increased, bending torsional buckling failure occurred to the joint.
