摘要
以足尺试验为基础结合有限元理论分析,研究屋架结构中梁柱节点的应力分布和刚度性能。首先,根据足尺试验结果,得到了梁柱节点区域正应力和剪应力的分布规律。其次,建立节点有限元实体模型,分析节点的半刚性性能,讨论梁柱节点域的刚度性能对下弦梁端内力的影响。结果表明:在屋架整体刚接模型的基础上,考虑刚域和转动刚度后,可有效提高轴力和弯矩的计算精度。最后,将节点有限元模型的应力分布与试验结果对比,说明该节点有限元模型可以较好地模拟梁柱节点区域的应力分布情况。
Based on the full scale test and finite element theory analysis, it was studied that the stress distribution and mechanical properties of the beam-column joint in a roof truss structure. First of all, according to the result of full scale test, the stress distribution law of beam-column joint area was got. Second, the finite element model of the joint was established to simulate the semi-rigid property of the joint, and then the effects of the rigidity on the internal force state of the beam and of lower chord were discussed. The result showed that based on the overall rigid model of the roof truss, the calculation accuracy of the axial force and moment can be improved efficiently. Last, comparing the results of finite element model with the results of the test showed that this FEM of joint could analyze the stress distribution of the beam column joint efficiently.
