欧美金融城EFC-T2塔楼结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 杭州欧美金融城EFC项目T2塔楼为办公及公寓类公共建筑,地下两层,地上47层,建筑高度约209.18 m。结构体系采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒(劲性钢骨),为B级高度超限高层建筑。对该工程的结构体系、结构布置、结构设计特点、抗震性能目标以及主要抗震措施进行介绍,分别采用PKPM和MIDAS Building软件对结构进行弹性反应谱分析和弹性时程分析,并进行Pushover分析和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构整体及构件的刚度、承载力满足抗震性能目标的要求。 T2 main tower of Euramerica Financial City in Hangzhou is a typical public building comprising offices and apartments, which has 2-storey basement and 47-storey superstructure. The overall height of this building is about 209.18 m. The structure of T2 tower utilizes cast-in-place RC frame-core tube system (steel reinforced concrete) , and it is a super high-rise building structure with B-level height. In this paper, the structural system and layout, characteristics of the structural design, seismic performance objective, and main seismic measures were presented in detail. The elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis were performed for the structure in the minor earthquake through PKPM and MIDAS Building, followed by the elastic verification of the structure in the moderate earthquake; simultaneously, Pushover analysis and the elasto-plastic time history analysis in the rare earthquake were conducted as well. The analysis results indicated that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the overall structure and structural members could satisfy the requirements of pre-selected seismic performance objective.
