枸杞叶片中类黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘要 利用浓度为95%的酒精提取枸杞叶片中的类黄酮,通过常温提取法、加热提取法、微波提取法、超声波提取法4种不同的提取方法来比较提取效果。结果表明:加热法提取类黄酮效果最佳,耗时较少;微波法时间最短,但溶剂损失较多,超声波也能缩短类黄酮的提取时间,但其类黄酮的提取率难以提高,常温法效果最差且时间最长。最佳工艺条件参数为固液比为1∶10、温度为90℃,提取2 h可以得到较多的类黄酮物质。建议综合运用上述进行类黄酮提取,效果较好。 Using concentration for 95% of the alcohol extraction of flavonoids in leaves of Lycium barbarum,through the room temperature extraction,heating extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction method,4 kinds of different extraction methods were used to compare the effect of extraction. Results showed that,the heating extraction flavonoids had the best effect and less time-consuming,microwave method had the shortest time,but more solvent loss. Ultrasound could also shorten the extraction of flavonoids in time,but its flavonoids extraction rate was difficult to improve,normal temperature method effect was the worst and the longest. Optimum process condition parameters was solid-liquid ratio in 1 ∶10,the temperature of 90 ℃,extracting 2 h,which could get more flavonoids. It is suggested that the effect is good when using the comprehensive methods of the flavonoids extraction.
