浒苔的研究与资源化利用进展

从医药、食品、饲料、肥料、环境、能源、化妆品等方面综述了浒苔的研究与应用情况,浒苔含有丰富的碳水化合物、氨基酸、大中微量元素、维生素、脂肪酸,可为人类、动物、植物分别吸收利用;浒苔具有降低血脂血糖、抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤活性、提高免疫力的作用;浒苔对环境有一定的净化能力;可作为生物质能源制取沼气、生物油或乙醇;同时清除自由基延缓衰老、防晒、保湿。对浒苔的研究已比较成熟,但是多数未实际应用起来,未实现浒苔资源的规模化利用。文章旨在为浒苔合理高效利用提供参考。

Research and application of Enteromorpha in the medicine,food,feed,fertilizer,environment,energy,cosmetics and other industry were stated.Enteromorpha is rich in carbohydrates, amino acids,nutrient elements, vitamins and fatty acids,which can be absorbed by humans, animals and plants.Enteromorpha can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid,improve antisepsis, anti-inflammation ,anti-tumor activity, enhanc-e immunity, purify the environment.It can be used as biomass energy extracting biogas,biologieal oil or ethanol.At the same time,Enteromorpha can protect skin from aging ,sunburn and dry.The study of Enteromorpha has been relatively mature ,but most study is not applied actually ,not realized Enteromorpha scale and utilize resources. This article aims to provide a reference for Enteromorpha reasonable utilization.
