Exploration and Practice of Research-based Teaching about Plant Tissue Culture

植物组织培养是一门专业性、实践性很强的专业必修课,其教学目的是帮助学生系统学习和掌握植物组织培养的一般技术和实用型技术,实验教学的重要性尤为突出。针对高职院校植物组织培养教学中的研究性实践项目匮乏、实习基地建设、学生毕业实习等方面存在的问题,该文探讨了高职植物组织培养研究性课程教学改革的主要措施,认为采用多种教学手段,加强研究性项目的实践技能操作,提高学生的动手能力、独立工作能力、创新能力具有重要的作用,从而提高实践教学效果,促进生物产业应用型人才的培养。

Plant tissue culture is a kind of professional ,practical and required course.The teaching purpose is to help students to systematically learn and master general and practical techniques, especially the importance of experimental teaching.Aiming at the problems of practice base construction,graduation practice and lack of research-based practice project in plant tissue culture teaching in higher vocational colleges,this article discussed research-based teaching reform measures about plant tissue culture,put forward a variety of teaching methods to strengthen the practical skills of operation research project which were conducive to improve the students＇ innovation abilities and abilities to operate as well as work independently, then to improve the effect of practice teaching and promote the cultivation of applied talents of biological industry.
