摘要
在大量研发工作的基础上,针对水肥一体化技术中存在的问题,提出在传统PID系统中引入前馈的控制方案,大大提高了系统的相应速度和稳定性。在资源有限的条件下,本系统能够充分利用水肥的增产效应,对我国农业的发展具有重要的意义。运用西门子s7-200 PLC对EC和p H值进行控制,阐述了EC和p H值的控制原理,PID控制原理以及前馈-反馈PID控制在s7-200 PLC中的应用。结果表明:这种方法都能实现对EC和p H值的精确控制,提高控制精度,满足生产的要求,同时实现自动化控制,节约时间和成本,提高效率。
Based on a large amount of research,aiming at the problems in the integration of water and fertilizer technology,presents the feedforward-feedback PID control method,which greatly improve the corresponding speed and stability of the system.In this paper,we choosed the SIEMENS S7-200 PLC as the controller,this paper expounded the control principle of pH and EC ,and the control principle of feedforward PID.The results showed that feedforward PID could improve the control precision of the system, save time and cost, and improve the efficiency.
