摘要
以MgAl-CO_3型水滑石为前体,由离子交换法制备十二烷基磺酸钠和丙烯酸复合改性的插层水滑石,并用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪对样品进行表征。研究了pH、反应温度、反应时间、丙烯酸和水滑石的摩尔比对离子交换反应的影响。结果表明,当pH为4、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为3 h、丙烯酸与水滑石的摩尔比为1时获得的插层水滑石的层间距较大、插层率高。
Sodium dodecyl sulfate and acrylic acid modified LDH were prepared by ion exchange method with MgAl-CO3 LDH as precursor. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR. The effects of pH,reaction temperature,reaction time,molar ratio of acrylic acid and LDH to ion exchange reaction were investigated. Results show that,large interlayer spacing and high intercalated ratio SDS / AA-LDH could be obtained when pH at 4,the reaction temperature at 70 ℃,the reaction time not more than 3 hours and the molar ratio of acrylic acid and LDH was about 1.
