Research on the Cultivation of E-business Teachers' Professional Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职院校对教师的职业能力的培养越来越重视,本文针对高职电子商务人才培养目标,探讨了什么是高职电子商务教师的专业能力,如何去培养高职电子商务教师的专业能力,探索教师能力提升的途径和构建方法,最后针对电子商务教师专业能力培训的现实问题,提出了解决方法。

At present, the higher vocational colleges are paid more and more attention to the cultivation of vocational a- bility of higher vocational teachers. This paper discusses what is the professional competence of Higher Vocational E-business Teachers for E-business talent of higher vocational education training objectives, analyzes how to develop E-business Vocational Teachers＇ professional ability and explore teachers the ability to upgrade the way and the method of constructing. Finally, the paper proposed to solve the method that E-business teacher professional ability training for the reality of the problem.
