摘要
为了满足下一代汽车对车身布局和控制系统单元的高性能、高可靠性和稳定性的要求,本文基于FlexRay总线技术,设计了以16位飞思卡尔单片机MC9S12XF512为主芯片的汽车电子控制系统单元。详细介绍了所设计的汽车电子控制系统单元整体构造,包括主芯片构成的控制模块、FlexRay总线通信模块的硬件设计和软件流程;并且实际制作了该汽车电子控制单元。通过对电控单元的节点数据信息传输波形的分析,验证了本设计的可行性和实用性。
In order to satisfy the demand of high performance,high reliability and stability of the next generation automotive electronic control system unit,a 16-bit freescale microcontroller MC9S12XF512 was designed as the main control chip of automotive electronic control system unit based on FlexRay bus technology and in view of the layout of the car body and body control requirements. The design of automobile electronic control system structure of the system unit was introduced in detail,including the main control chip of control module,FlexRay bus communication module and other peripheral circuit of the hardware design and software design processes. Through the actual design development,the automotive electronic control system units were actually made. And through software programming for communication test based on FlexRay bus,the design of the control unit with independent bus controller,can easily connected the other ECU for high speed data transmission. The feasibility and practicability of the design was verified.
