胃癌、癌旁和正常组织中存活蛋白的表达与细胞周期变化的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌、癌旁和正常组织中存活蛋白的表达情况及其与细胞周期变化的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测胃癌、癌旁和正常组织中存活蛋白的表达,同时用流式细胞仪检测3种组织中细胞周期的变化,分析存活蛋白的表达与细胞周期变化的相关性。结果:存活蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中无表达,胃癌癌旁组织中阳性表达率为16.67%,胃癌组织中阳性表达率为46.67%;与正常胃组织比较,胃癌癌旁组织和胃癌组织G0/G1期细胞均有明显下降,S期细胞均有明显升高,胃癌组织G2/M期细胞明显高于正常组织;存活蛋白的表达与G2/M期细胞数相关(rs=0.627)。结论:存活蛋白在胃癌组织中表达明显增加,并且与胃癌组织细胞周期变化相关,可通过调节细胞周期促进细胞增殖。 Objective: To study the correlation of cell cycle and expression of survivin in gastric carcinoma andpericarcinoma mucosa. Methods: Using immunohistochemical SP method in the detection of gastric cancer, and nor-mal tissue adjacent to carcinoma the expression of survivin, cells at the same time with the detection of cell cy-cle in three kinds of organization change, analysis the correlation of the expression of survivin and cell cycles. Results: Survivin no expression in normal gastric mucosa tissues, positive expression rate was 16.67% in gastric can-cer tissue adjacent to carcinoma, gastric cancer tissue in the positive expression rate is 46.67%. Compared withnormal gastric tissues, tissue adjacent to carcinoma of gastric cancer and stomach cancer tissue G0/G1 phase cellswere significantly lower, S phase cells were increased significantly, gastric cancer tissue G2/M phase cells were sig-nificantly higher than normal tissue. The expression of survivin associated with G2/M phase cells number(rs=0.627). Conclusion: Survivin expression in gastric cancer tissues increased significantly, and associated with gas-tric cancer tissue cell cycle changes, can promote cell proliferation by regulating the cell cycle.
