摘要 随着第二代测序技术的发展,组学技术在微生物学领域的运用变得广泛,其中病毒宏基因组学技术在发现未知病毒和病毒检测方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。序列非依赖性扩增是病毒宏基因组学研究中最关键的一步,它直接影响目的序列的获得及后续实验的展开。本文主要介绍和归纳了几种常用的序列非依赖性扩增技术在病毒宏基因组学中的应用,比较、分析了几种序列非赖依性扩增的差别和优缺点,为读者使用此技术提供参考。 Genomics has become widespread in the microbiology with the development of next generation of se-quencing, while the viral metagenomics which play important roles in the discovery of unknown viruses and virusdetection. Sequence-independent amplification is the most critical in viral metagenomics, which directly affect ac-cess to the target sequence and subsequent experiments. This paper described and summarized several frequently-used sequence-independent amplification in viral metagenomics, and comparative analysis the differences of severalsequence-independent amplification, the advantages and disadvantages, providing reference for readers.
