摘要
以屯兰矿选煤厂-3 mm粒级重介质分选中煤为试验煤样,采用Mini Flex600 X射线粉末衍射仪和OLYMPUS BX51显微镜研究了煤样的矿物组成与嵌布特征,并对磨矿后的产品进行了浮选试验。结果表明:-0.074 mm粒级含量为67.32%时,在捕收剂用量200 g/t和起泡剂用量50 g/t的条件下,通过一粗一精浮选可回收产率为34.75%,灰分为11.64%的合格精煤。
The heavy medium coking middlings of-3mm size from TunLan Coal Preparation Plant were taken as the studysample. The MiniFlex 600 X-ray powder diffractometer and the OLYMPUS BX51 microscope were applied to analyze thephase composition and the mineral dissemination features of the coal samples respectively. Besides, the flotation tests ofgrinding products were conducted. Results show that when the content of-0. 074 mm size is 67. 32% ,with one roughingand one cleaning floatation process ,clean coal with the ash content of 11.64% and the yield of 34, 75% could be recycledat the condition of collector dosage of 200 g/t and frother dosage of 50 g/t.
