摘要
从肉类消费总体水平、不同区域、不同收入组等角度出发,考察了我国城镇居民肉类消费特征,并做出营养评价。同时,对城镇居民肉类消费发展趋势进行了分析。
This article analyzed the urban residents’ meat consumption characteristics in view of the total meat consumption,different regions and different income groups. Meanwhile,nutritional assessment and future development trends of meat consumption were analyzed.
