摘要
目的:评价知铬胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱导胰岛损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法:给予小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型(空腹血糖>10mmol/L),给予受试物30d后,测空腹血糖及糖耐量。结果:知铬胶囊能降低高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖,糖耐量实验阳性。结论:知铬胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱导胰岛损份小鼠具有保护作用。
【Objective】To investigate the protective effect of Zhige capsule on mice of islet injury induced by alloxan. 【Method】The mice were injected via abdomen alloxan to build diabet models（ fasting blood-glucose 〉 10mmol） and fed with Zhige capsule for 30 d. The protective effect was judged by testing the fasting blood-glucose and glucose tolerance. 【Result】Zhige capsule could reduce fasting blood glucose and regulate glucose tolerance. 【Conclusion】Zhige capsule could protect islet injuried mice.
