医疗卫生服务总体上属于需求侧,但就医院而言也有其供给侧,医院供给侧的改革变化将对医院带来机遇与挑战。医疗机构要主动适应供给侧改革变化,转变服务理念、转变经营策略、转变发展思路、转变服务方式,推进医院健康发展。

Medical and health services belong to demand side, but as far as hospitals are concerned there is supply side in hospitals, and supply side reform in hospitals will bring about opportunities and challenges to hospitals. It is vi- tal for medical institutions to adjust to the changes brought by supply side reform and change their service concept, bus- iness strategy,developmental plan and service to promote the sound development of hospitals.
