泌尿系统念珠菌感染的菌种分布及药敏结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析泌尿系统念珠菌感染菌种的分布特征和药敏结果,为临床合理选药提供依据。方法:回顾性分析微生物实验室的中段尿培养结果,对念珠菌培养和药敏结果进行归纳总结。结果:在1 045株致病菌中93株为念珠菌,其中白念珠菌的比例最高(36/93,38.7%);主要来自50岁以上人群,女性(66.7%)多于男性(33.3%);阳性标本主要来自泌尿外科(29.0%)、ICU(23.6%)和神经内科(19.3%)。大部分菌株对氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B有较高的敏感性。结论:泌尿系统念珠菌感染以白念珠菌为主。临床应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗菌药物。 Objective: To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug susceptibility resultes of candida in urinary system in order to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The culture results of midstream urine in the microbiological lab were reviewed. Results of the cultivate and drug sensitivity to candida were summarized. Results: In 1 045 strains of pathogenic bacteria,93 strains were candida,in which accounts for the largest proportion was candida albicans( 36 /93,38. 7%). The patients infected with candidas were over the age of 50,and the amount of female( 66. 7%) were more than that of male( 33. 3%). Positive specimens were mainly from the departments of urology( 29. 0%),intensive care unit( 23. 6%),and neurology( 19. 3%). Most of the strains had high sensitivity toward fluorine cytosine and amphotericin B. Conclusions: Candida albican is dominating bacterial strains in monilial infection of urinary system. Antibacterial agents should be rationally chosen according to the results of drug sensitive test.
