静脉血栓栓塞症临床预防的研究进展

Research progress of clinical prevention for Venous Thromboembolism

静脉血栓栓塞症是目前医学界公认的难以治愈的常见血管疾病,也是住院患者最常见的并发症,其发病率和病死率较高,已成为世界性的公共健康问题。为提高静脉血栓栓塞症的预防效果,本文综述了目前国内外学者统一推荐的有效预防方法,包括基本预防、药物预防和物理预防,并对低危、中危、高危、极高危人群进行分层阐述,以期提高医护人员和患者的预防意识,有效降低静脉血栓栓塞症的发生率。

Venous Thromboembolism is a common vascular disease which is difficult to be cured. It is also the most common complication among hospitalized patients with high morbidity and mortality and has become a worldwide public health problem. In order to improve the preventive effect of Venous Thromboembolism, this article reviewed an effective prevention method recommended by the domestic and foreign scholars, including basic prevention, drug prevention and physical prevention. We also discussed the prevention methods according to the low, middle, high, and high risk groups in order to improve the prevention awareness among medical staff and patients, and reduce the incidence of Venous Thromboembolism effectively.
