摘要
本文简要概述预制装配式超低能耗被动房的特点和关键节点以及在施工过程中存在的关键节点所存在的密封问题;通过装配式被动房的工程实践总结各关键节点的密封方法,并对实践结果采用鼓风门气密性测试系统进行房屋气密性检测,其结果表明此类密封施工技术达到了被动房的节能效果,证明了施工方法的可行性,旨在为预制装配式被动房的密封施工方法提供技术参考。
This paper briefly outlines assembled ultra- low power passive house concept and important seal nodes, as well as sealing node problem exists in the construction process; summary sealing methods of the important seal assembly node through engineering practice passive houses and practice results The blast door airtight test system houses tightness testing, verification of such seals reach passive house construction technology of energy-saving effect, proved the feasibility of the construction method. it is designed to provide technical reference for sealing construction methods such buildings
