综合护理对肺癌手术患者手术后恢复和并发症的影响

Efficacy of comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery and complications for operation patients with lung cancer

目的探讨综合护理对肺癌全肺切除术患者手术后恢复和并发症的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年9月间陕西省人民医院收治的80例肺癌全肺切除术患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),分别接受综合护理和常规护理。比较两组患者术后恢复、并发症和护理满意度。结果观察组患者手术时间、术后拔管时间、住院时间较对照组均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肺部感染、心律失常、呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭和支气管胸膜瘘等术后并发症发生率较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务满意度较对照组明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理明显降低肺癌患者手术的并发症发生率,有利于患者术后恢复,提升患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery and complications for operation patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2014 to September 2015 in Shaanxi Provincial People＇s Hospital,80 total lung resection patients with lung cancer were randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group accepted comprehensive nursing and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The postoperative recovery,complications and patients＇ satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative extubation time and hospitalization time were significantly reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection,arrhythmia,respiratory failure,heart failure and bronchial fistula was obviously decreased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with the control group,the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can be beneficial to postoperative recovery for operation patients with lung cancer,reduce the postoperative complications,and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service.
