结肠癌患者围手术期应用加速康复营养护理的临床效果分析

Colon cancer patients perioperative application accelerated the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing nutrition analysis

目的探讨加速康复营养护理对结肠癌患者围手术期胃肠功能状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年9月至2015年9月陕西省咸阳市二一五医院收治的90例结肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为常规护理组和加速康复营养护理组,每组45例。比较两组患者术后肛门初排气时间、术后肛门初排便时间、输液时间、住院时间和腹胀。行护理干预后,SCL-90评分情况以及患者再行护理干预1周内平均进行癌性疲乏评估情况。结果加速康复营养护理组与常规护理组比较,患者术后肛门初排气时间、术后肛门初排便时间、输液时间、住院时间显著缩短;腹胀率显著降低(P<0.05)。加速康复营养护理组患者护理后,SCL-90各项评分均较常规护理组明显增加(P<0.05)。加速康复营养护理组患者护理后,癌因性疲乏评估情况明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论加速康复营养护理比常规护理可有效改善患者围手术期的身心状态,能有效保障患者的术后营养供给和身心康复,促进胃肠功能的恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective Exploration and analysis of accelerated rehabilitation nursing gastrointestinal function in colon cancer patients perioperative nutrition status and the influence of the quality of life. Methods Select our hospital from September 2012 to September 2012 treated 90 cases of patients with colon cancer,take a random number table method divided into routine nursing group and accelerate rehabilitation care nutrition group,45 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with early postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative anal defecation time,transfusion time,length of hospital stay,and abdominal distention cases,lines of SCL-90 score after nursing intervention and nursing intervention in patients again in a week on average for cancer-related fatigue assessment. Results Accelerate rehabilitation nutrition treatment group than in the conventional nursing group,patients with early postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative anal defecation time,transfusion time,length of hospital stay was significantly shortened,abdominal distension rate significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. Accelerate rehabilitation nursing patients nutrition after various grading SCL-90 were significantly more than the routine nursing group the score improved significantly（ P〈0. 05）. And accelerate the rehabilitation nursing group of patients nutrition after cancer fatigue assessment for sex is better than the routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Accelerate rehabilitation nutrition care compared with the conventional perioperative nursing care can effectively improve the patients＇ s physical and mental state,can the effective protection of patients with postoperative nutrition and physical and mental rehabilitation,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of life.
