显微镜下夹闭治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效及护理干预研究

Clinical efficacy and nursing intervention of microsurgical clipping operation in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms

目的探讨显微镜下夹闭治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效及护理干预方法。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月彭州市人民医院收治的采用显微手术夹闭治疗的40例脑动脉瘤患者为夹闭组,另选同期采用血管栓塞术治疗的45例脑动脉瘤患者为介入组,比较两组的临床疗效,并总结围手术期的护理方法。结果夹闭组的手术时间、住院时间长于介入组,治疗费用少于介入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的MRS评分及预后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜下夹闭手术治疗脑动脉瘤的效果较好,且并发症少、死亡率低、预后好,做好围手术期的护理工作是确保手术疗效的重要因素。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and nursing method of microsurgical clipping operation in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms. Methods Forty patients with cerebral aneurysms treated by microsurgical clipping from January to December in 2014 were selected as the clipping group. 45 another cases with endovascular embolization were the intervention group. The two groups were compared of the clinical effects. And the nursing methods of perioperative period were summarized. Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the clip group was higher than that in the intervention group,the treatment cost was less than that in the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The MRS score and prognosis of the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of microsurgical clipping operation in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms is good,and the complications are few,the mortality is low,the prognosis is good,and the nursing work is the important factor to ensure the curative effect.
