三维护理管理方案用于肿瘤患者住院安全管理的效果评价

Evaluation of three-dimensional care management programs for cancer patients hospitalized Safety Management

目的探讨三维护理管理方案用于肿瘤患者住院安全管理的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院消化科收治的326例住院肿瘤患者,根据三维护理管理实施时间分组,2014年全年为对照组(156例),采用常规护理管理方案。2015年设为观察组(170例),采用三维护理管理方案。比较两组患者的风险事件发生率及对护理满意度。结果对照组的风险事件发生率为7.7%(12/156),观察组的风险事件发生率为1.2%(2/170),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总体护理满意度为99.4%(169/170),显著高于对照组的90.4%(141/156),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维护理管理方案能够有效的提高护理人员的安全管理能力,减少风险事件的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the three-dimensional care management programs for cancer patients hospitalized for clinical effect and safety management. Methods The study time is from January2014 to December 2015,the study for my oncology hospital treated 326 cases of hospitalized cancer patients,the implementation of three nursing management since January 2015,grouped according to before and after the implementation of the 2014 full Set in the control group,the use of conventional care management program,in 2015 the use of three-dimensional observation group care management programs,mainly from logical dimension,time dimension,three aspects of the knowledge dimension,sufficiently improve nurses in hospital safety management awareness,improve safety management level,compared two groups of risk event rates and patient satisfaction with care. Results The risk of the occurrence of events in the control group was 7. 7%（ 12 /156）,the risk of the occurrence of an event in the observation group was 1. 2%（ 2 /170）,there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05） between two groups; the overall observation group Nursing satisfaction reached 99. 4%（ 169 /170）,significantly higher than the 90. 4%（ 141 /156）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The three-dimensional care management programs for cancer patients hospitalized safety management,can effectively improve the security management capabilities nursing staff,reducing the risk of incidents and improve patient care satisfaction,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
