450名护士肿瘤康复服务能力和态度的问卷调查分析

The analysis of 450 questionnaires about the attitude and the service ability of cancer rehabilitation

目的探讨肿瘤康复护理方面所存在的问题及可能的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的中国护师肿瘤康复服务能力和态度问卷,对北京市、河南省6所三级甲等医院的413名护士进行问卷调查。结果 450名护士中,约322名经常或总是关注肿瘤康复的相关内容,约309名在过去1年的护理工作中,涉及到肿瘤康复方面的护理小于其工作量的50%。在影响肿瘤康复护理事业发展的因素中,认为与肿瘤患者及家属不配合的护士约227名,认为与相关的治疗指南规范欠缺的约有198人。护士对于肿瘤康复领域的专业知识、专业技术、及相关志愿者的需求量大,希望通过不同途径获取这些需求。结论发展护理教育,培养肿瘤康复护理专科人才;制定肿瘤康复诊疗规范或指南,为肿瘤康复护理提供科学依据,合理进行资源配置,为肿瘤康复发展保驾护航。

Objective Probe the issues and the influential factors which the cancer rehabilitation care are facing in our country at present. Methods Using the questionnaires designed by ourselves,we researched 413 nurses about the ability and the attitude to cancer rehabilitation care in six grade A class 3 hospitals of Beijing and He Nan province. Results There are about 322 nurses pay close attention to the turmor rehabilitation often or always,while 309 nurses had offered rehabilitation care which less than 50% of their daily work. 227 nurses consider that the incoordinate patient influced the develop of the rehabilitation program,while 198 nurses thinking that because of the lack of guidelines. The nurses demand and hope to abtain the konwledge and technique of rehabilitation urgently. Conclusions Thecancer rehabilitation program in our country has just started,and advanced in exploration. There are great passion but little universality in the rehabilitation nurses. The develop of the rehabilitation program need the joint of the doctor,thenurse,thepatient,thesociety,and the country.
