摘要
传统的定位器坡度检测方法效率低下且精度不高,本文提出了一种利用图像处理技术和Hough变换原理的定位器坡度自动检测方法。考虑相机拍摄角度对计算结果造成的误差,对检测结果进行校正。通过工程实例验证了该方法的可行性。
The traditional methods of steady arm gradient detection are inefficient and the accuracies are not high. An automatic method for detection of steady arm gradient by using image processing techniques and philosophy of Hough transformation is proposed in this paper. The test results shall be calibrated by considering of errors caused by the camera shooting angle. The method has been verified feasible by the engineering examples.
