镍粉对碳纤维屏蔽纸的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用湿法造纸工艺,将镍粉和碳纤维/植物纤维混合浆料混合均匀,上网成形抄造碳纤维电磁屏蔽纸。研究发现不同镍粉添加量对材料的力学性能、导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能均有显著影响;并且测试了复合材料的屏蔽效能,发现填充镍粉的碳纤维复合材料相对于未填充镍粉的碳纤维电磁屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能提高了超过10db;并且发现碳纤维/镍粉电磁屏蔽复合材料能实现宽屏带屏蔽。 The nickel powder and carbon fiber/plant fiber mixed slurry mixing, the internet manufacture paper with pulp molding of carbon fiber in electromagnetic shielding paper. The influence of nickel content on the material mechanical properties and electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding was researched. By testing the shielding effectiveness of composite materials, we found shielding effectiveness of nickel filling carbon fiber composite material increase more than 10 db, relatived to the composite which had no fillers. And it was found that carbon fiber/nickel electromagnetic shielding composite materials can realize widescreen with shielding.
