摘要
民主革命时期,国共两党宣传工作的成效大相径庭。从宏观上分析,主要有以下几方面原因:其一,国民党执掌全国政权后宣传日趋保守,而作为革命党的中共始终保持着极为凌厉的宣传攻势;其二,中共宣传战线人才济济,国民党的宣传人才则乏善可陈;其三,中共非常重视宣传的统一,国民党内部的派系纷争却使其宣传日益涣散;其四,国民党的宣传工作始终未能深入农村,而共产党则成功动员了广大民众;其五,中共十分重视言行一致,国民党的作为却往往与其宣传背道而驰。
During the period of the Democratic Revolution, the Kuomintang and the CPC propaganda work was quite different. From the macroscopic analysis, there were mainly several reasons. Firstly, the propaganda of the Kuomintang became more and more conservative, after they took over the national government. As a revolutionary party, the CPC always maintained a very aggressive publicity campaign. Secondly, there were great and many talents in the CPC propaganda front, but the Kuomintang propaganda talents were rare. Thirdlyly, the CPC attached great importance to the unity of the propaganda, but the factions within the Kuomintang made their publicity increasingly loose. Fourthly, the Kuomintang propaganda work never went down to rural areas, while the CPC successfully mobilized the masses. Fifthly, the CPC attached great importance to matching word to deed, while the Kuomintang' s deeds often drew further apart from their propaganda.
