黄芪鳖甲丸联合阿仑膦酸钠及维D钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察 被引量:6

Clinical Observation on Primary Osteoporosis Treated by Huangqi Biejia Pills Combined with Alendronate and Calcium with Vitamin D

摘要 目的:观察黄芪鳖甲丸联合阿仑膦酸钠及维D钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:60例随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。两组均予口服维D钙咀嚼片阿仑膦酸钠治疗,实验组加服黄芪鳖甲丸治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察两组VAS评分、骨密度及骨代谢生化指标的变化。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均较本组治疗前低(P<0.05),且治疗后实验组降低更加明显(P<0.05);治疗6个月两组骨密度与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月本组与两组骨吸收指标β-CTX和骨形成指标T-PINP治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪鳖甲丸联合阿仑膦酸钠及维D钙能够有效改善原发性骨质疏松症临床症状,调节骨代谢水平,提高骨密度,且不良反应少。 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Huangqi Biejia Pills combined alendronate sodium in the treatment of primary osteoporosis. Method: 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Allen phosphonic acid sodium and the experimental group were treated with Huangqi Biejia Pills additionally. The treatment course was 6 months. VAS score, the changes of bone mineral density and bone metabolism and biochemical indexes of two groups were observed. Result: VAS scores of the two groups of patients after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment (P〈0.05) and the experimental group reduced more obviously (P〈0.05) . The bone density of the two groups of patients after six months treatment increased than that before the treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) and the bone density of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05) . The bone absorption index β -CTX and bone formation index T - PINP Two groups of patients after 6 months treatment were decreased than that before the treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . The side effect rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: Huangqi Biejia Pills combined alendronate sodium could effectively improve clinical symptoms of primary osteoporosis, adjust bone metabolism and increase bone density with less adverse reactions.
