抗结核药联合巴豆治疗破溃淋巴结核疗效观察

目的:观察抗结核药联合巴豆治疗淋巴结核破溃或术后不愈合的疗效。方法:54例随机分为对照组和实验组各27例,两组采用常规的抗结核治疗,实验组加用巴豆治疗。结果:实验组总有效率100.00%、治愈率66.67%,对照组总有效率77.78%、治愈率40.74%;创口愈合时间实验组(36.5±9.25)天、对照组(42.5±11.25)天,两组治愈率、总有效率、愈合时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在规范抗结核治疗基础上用巴豆治疗破溃或术后不愈合淋巴结核治愈率高,疗程短。

Objective ： To observe the effect of anti-TB drugs combined with croton tiglium in treating ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis or non-healing surgical wound. Method： Total of 54 patients with ulcerative lymphoid tuberculosis or non-healing surgical wound after 4-week anti-TB chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Both groups were given routine anti-TB treatment and the experimental group were treated with croton tiglium additionally. Result： The total effective rate and the curative rate of the experimental group was 100% and 66.67% respectively while that of the control group was 77.78% and 40.74% respectively. The wound healing time of the experimental group was （ 36.5 ± 9.25 ） d while that of the control group was （ 42.5 ± 11.25 ） d. The differences between two groups were significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The standard anti-tuberculosis therapy combined with croton tiglium could improve the cure rate of ulcerative or non-healing surgical lymphoid tuberculosis and shorten the course of treatment.
