定点针刺法治疗慢性腰腿痛疗效观察

目的:观察定点针刺法治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:102例随机分为治疗组52例和对照组50例。治疗组采用定点针刺法,对照组采用传统针灸取穴法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组96.2%,对照组76.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定点针刺法治疗慢性腰腿痛临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of fixed-point needling method in the treatment of chronic lumbocrural pain. Method： 102 cases with were randomly divided into 2 groups,52 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with fixed-point needling method while the control group were treated with traditional point selection method. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.2% while that of the control group total effective rate was 76%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Fixed- point needling method has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic lumbocrural pain.
